AI Sprints

Artificial intelligence is changing production, processes and workflows and is showing further potential every day. Small and medium-sized companies in particular are faced with the challenge of using AI sensibly despite limited resources. We help with our sprint formats.

AI Sprints -

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly becoming a competitive factor - even for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, unlike large corporations, SMEs often face particular challenges: limited resources, a lack of expertise and time pressure. With a team of creative professionals and AI experts, we support SMEs in developing customised solutions that meet their specific requirements. From simple automation to more complex applications.

Dual approach

Small and medium-sized enterprises sometimes have very different AI requirements. Many want to understand the technology first. They are not yet able to grasp the complex application possibilities of AI themselves and are primarily interested in AI solutions for everyday tasks. Others have already looked more closely at AI and have an idea of specific and specialised use cases. However, they often lack the expertise to check the feasibility of their ideas and implement them, which is why we offer two AI sprint formats, each with a different focus, to cover all needs:

Implement AI: For individual everyday tasks

Goal: Understanding, designing and implementing a simple, customised txt2txt AI application (GPT)

Imagine AI: For special use cases

Goal: Design (and implementation) of a complex, specialised x2x AI application

Benefits

  • Design and implementation of a customised AI application
  • Understanding of the basic functioning of AI
  • Constructive change of perspective
  • Learning process/methodological expertise
  • Mindset boost towards a living culture of innovation
  • Close-knit process design and support from our team

Target group

Small and medium-sized companies from all sectors outside the creative industries.

Before the format begins, we enquire about the participants' level of knowledge and/or problem awareness with regard to AI applications. This means that the relevant teams can later be put together to meet the specific needs of the participating companies.

Length

4 days over a total period of 2 weeks
